Let's Get Personal

As we all know, our body is made from energy.  We have seven major energy centers in our body called chakra's.  We have at least five energy fields that compose what is commonly called our auric field.

All of these centers and fields can get a little "dust" on them from time to time leaving us feeling a bit off balance.  These centers and fields may also have very strong attachments from traumatic experiences, co-dependent relationships, addictive patterns or simply being "open" and unknowingly vulnerable to the energies around us. 

These "attachments" can deplete your energy and leave you feeling drained or even depressed.

Full House...

Many years ago, an associate of mine (now friend who will remain unnamed) came in to the office with a shopping bag full of Polaroid's she took in her home.  Every single picture had an orb or image of a disembodied soul.  She was thoroughly excited that all of these souls used her home as a portal.  She viewed them as family and fully welcomed them into her space.  I found this fascinating.  She had one chronic complaint... she was always exhausted.   She attributed it to being diabetic, but I know many diabetics that have energy to spare.  We talked for a while about this and I discovered that when the paranormal activity in her home became more evident is when she started becoming lethargic.  I further inquired as to whether she considered that these "energies" could be inadvertently drawing on her energy.  Because she had been so "attached" to the spirits in her house she couldn't conceive of it.  To this day she is still depleted in energy and can only in her spare time sleep.

Living in the world of the paranormal can be incredibly exhilarating.  But if we are not aware of our energetic parameters (or boundaries) these things can get out of hand and become dangerous to our health on every level. 

Prayers or Psychic Attacks?

A thought is energy.  The thought is made and is sent to the universe for answering.  Whether it be a loving thought or a malicious thought... the universe doesn't judge.  With that, this story is about me. 

My husband and I host a radio program.  On one occasion we had a listener call in and   told me that I was not being authentic and that if I continued on my path I would not and could not be part of the wisdom council when I become a crone.  I thanked her for her perspective and told her I disagreed, but thank you anyway.  The conversation was done.  During that month, my energy started becoming severely depressed.  I was doing everything I could think of (except clear) at the time and nothing was working.  So finally I got on the treadmill to "work of the feeling"... my brain began to burn and I knew instantaneously that it was a psychic attack.  I brought my pendulum out to go through my questioning protocol and sure enough, it was a psychic attack.  My thoughts went racing thinking when, where and how did this happen.  I searched my mind back to the caller and the response was negative... it wasn't her... I then got a "hit" to see if it was the listeners.  It was!  As I went through a series of questions I discovered that between forty and fifty listeners who really care about me were sending prayers my way because of the caller earlier in the month.  The prayers were well meaning yet unknowing to them surrounding me in victim consciousness.  Whom ever these wonderful people were to want to keep me in there prayers actually depleted my energy.  As soon as I got the essence of situation it took me twenty-five seconds to clear and it was like night and day.

Many times we unknowingly, give our power away to a person, place or thing and we take power from a person, place or thing.  This is a natural part of being human.  Being aware of this is the first step.  The next step is to take action in your life by learning simple and effective techniques that will keep your personal energy system clear so you are not drained living with full vitality.
